2008 Season

Enrollment: Enrollment is open to girls and boys presently in kindergarten through 6th grade (or 12½ years of age).  A limited number of 4½ (by June 1) to 5½ year olds will be accepted for our pre-k groups.  Although consultation with the Director is not required prior to the enrollment of pre-K campers, parents are encouraged to call if they have concerns or questions about the program or length of day.

Campers may request to be placed with a friend and while the camp will try to honor such requests, no guarantees are made.  Groups will be formed in the spring and contain approximately 15 to 24 campers per group.  Campers may be placed in mixed grade groupings such as 1/2, 2/3 or 3/4 depending up enrollment.

Campers are placed in groups based on current school grade.

Enrollment Changes/Withdrawals: If a camper drops a session, the deposit for that session will be forfeited.  If the change is made after May 1, the tuition payment for that session will also be forfeited unless the camp is able to fill your child’s position in his/her group.  Refunds will be processed in September.

Extension Weeks:  Campers may enroll now for six weeks provided they select Session I plus weeks 5 & 6 or Session I plus weeks 7 & 8.  Requests for single extension weeks in Session II will be accepted later in the spring.

Limited Term Campers: Meadowbrook may, at the Director's discretion, accept a few campers for less than four weeks during Session II depending on availability.

Please Note: Meadowbrook cannot give refunds due to school/camp conflicts, routine illness, or change in family plans.  Campers may not trade a Session I week for a Session II week.  In case of withdrawals or dropped sessions after April 1, a tuition refund (less deposit) will only be given if the camp is able to fill your child’s position in his/her group.
